What is "Olpheel Zen" ?
Olpheel Zen is a complementary feed designed for the well-being of fish.
It is essentially composed of plant extracts which allow a relaxed state, without adverse effects on behavior. Olpheel Zen contributes to fish well-being for waveless operations.
Easier handling for short or long operations is permitted via different effects:
- Mitigation of stress consequences
- Feed intake resumption
- Lowering oxygen consumption during stressful situations
It is dedicated to all species of aquaculture fish (salmonids and other fin fish).
Why use Olpheel Zen?
As aquaculture continues to grow and evolve, most fish production systems involve essential handling practices such as:
- transfer, transport,
- vaccination and other treatments
- sampling
These handling steps can cause real stress in animals and have negative consequences on the behavior, growth, performance, and survival of animals. In addition to productivity, these stressful events have a strong negative impact on fish welfare.
That is why we have developed Olpheel Zen, to improve the resilience of animals during handling situations and thus reduce damage and economic losses during fish production.
How is Olpheel Zen packaged?
Olpheel Zen is is a liquid complementary feed designed to be used by fish farmers. Olpheel Zen is incorporated directly into the fish tank. It is used before and during the targeted period.
